A beach property designed to feel cozy and modern.

This renovation required going down to the studs in many areas. We were able to put new floors throughout the main floor, new paint in every room, fixed many major and minor issues like rot, mold, and deterioration, moved a bathroom to create space for a spiral staircase to make use of a finished attic space. Two bathrooms were renovated and the exterior had some features added to make the outdoor space more beach vacation friendly.
